With a commitment to delivering a five-star, hotel-inspired living experience, Mid Atlantic developer Questar Properties has appointed David Brown as General Manager of 414 Light Street. Bringing more than 20 years of experience in hospitality and residential operations to 414 Light Street, Brown will be responsible for managing the high-rise tower’s promise of an effortless living experience with over 40,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor recreational spaces. The 394-unit apartment building is Baltimore’s newest high-rise, scheduled to open next March. It will garner some of the highest monthly rents in the city, with units starting at $2,000 a month and rising to the luxury penthouse for a cool $8,000 per month.
“David carries a wealth of hospitality knowledge and has an exemplary background in residence management that will prove invaluable when creating an elevated living experience for the residents of 414 Light Street,” says Stephen Gorn, Chairman and CEO of Questar Properties. “We are confident David’s meticulous care in overseeing the onsite staff, coupled with the full suite of amenities offered, will ensure residents enjoy the hospitality-inspired service that reflects the essence of living at 414 Light Street.”
Brown will oversee all operations and manage a staff that will introduce unique amenities including an outdoor, 16-foot dual-sided movie screen, an al fresco kitchen and dining area, a pet park and pet spa, a skyline terrace complete with a pool and cabanas, community and resident gardens, and an urban Bosque. Inside, the team will oversee an entertainment kitchen and dining bar as well as a theatre, game room and business lounge.
