Protech Associates’ Kevin M. Bruffey Promoted to President

Protech Associates, Inc. (Protech), the first and leading provider of cloud association management software (AMS) powered by Microsoft Dynamics® CRM, announces it promoted Kevin M. Bruffey to president. Former vice president of customer service and over 25-year employee, Kevin Bruffey will further his mission to help Protech achieve excellence in its customer experience with an added operational focus on Protech’s service delivery model.

Kevin Bruffey, president, Protech Associates, Inc., said, “Protech not only offers a world-class association management software solution that transforms associations, but we also take great pride in relationships with our customers. From delivery of our services to self-service options, we want every touch point with our customers to be ‘hassle-free.’ My goal, with the team we’ve assembled, is to make it even easier for associations to get what they need and feel good about doing business with Protech.”

To support its customer experience initiative, Protech has made the following staff changes:

  • Teena Whittenhall promoted to senior program manager:Whittenhall will be a key facilitator for Protech’s internal initiatives for the customer experience program and will be instrumental in developing a customer education program aimed at customer adoption, system ownership and simplifying learning curves.
  • Terry Brown hired as director of client services: A former association executive, Brown will implement an enhanced project services delivery model that will focus on expediency, consistency and value for Protech’s customers.
