Bonnie Heneson Communications (BHC), a full-service marketing communications firm, promoted Andrew Aldrich to vice president of public relations. His responsibilities include developing and executing media plans, working with clients and media outlets to publicize client news, and publications copywriting.
“Andrew has been with us for close to eight years and has established strong media connections and a true sense of what is newsworthy. His success rate in placing our clients in the media and his client service have been truly noteworthy. He is well deserving of this promotion,” said Bonnie Heneson, BHC founder and CEO.
Previously, Aldrich was director of media relations for BHC. Prior to joining the firm in 2008, he served in the public information office of the Carroll County government. In 2006, he wrote for the Carroll County Times, a daily newspaper in central Maryland.
Aldrich serves as secretary of the board for the Baltimore Public Relations Council, which provides a forum for public relations professionals to exchange ideas and increase their effectiveness. He completed Leadership Howard County’s Leadership Essentials professional development program in 2011.
