Make Your Event Rock! TapSnapTM

August 2014

Photos create memtapsnapLogoories. When you combine state-of-the-art photo technology with social sharing, its called “phototainment.” This allows you to chronicle your event, brand your company, promote and share in real-time online. TapSnap™ owners, Eric and Dawn Metz, call it “a party in a box, but it’s technology that is outside the box.”

Instantly social, utterly fun!

How it works:
• Tap the screen
• Snap the photo
• View it on the 42” touch screen
• Enhance it with digital graphics
• Write on it, draw on it
• Print a 4×6 inch photo
• Share it on Facebook, Twitter

• Increase your marketing capital
• Interactive fun
• Professional attendant
• Sophisticated design

The box, a photo booth without walls, is actually a 42-inch touch screen. Guests mingle and mix as they position themselves in front of a Green Screen, a technology that allows you to create all kinds of interesting effects and change the background. (Want to present TapSnapPhotoawards? Use the red carpet.) The screen is interactive allowing participants to tap it and add digital props (think diva crowns and mustaches), add captions or draw embellishments right on the screen with your finger, and print it. You create your own custom digital border with your logo, images and event name to brand each high quality 4-inch-by-6-inch image as it is printed from the touch screen. Each guest will have an unforgettable memory – with your company branding. And, you’ll receive a DVD of all the images.

But that’s not all. Guests will upload images directly to their own Facebook or Twitter, right from the party. All the images will be posted directly to your company Facebook page in real-time. And, you can follow up with guests and send a link to their photo for additional sharing and posting. This is really powerful marketing, expanding your branding from those who attended the event, to all their friends!

Eric Metz is retired military, after traveling the world performing operations in weaponry, electronics, intelligence and explosives. His soft demeanor belies this experience as he and his wife, Dawn, now focus on creating fun at parties an™d weddings. “When TapSnap™ packs up to leave, the party is over,” says Metz. They market TapSnap™ services from Delaware to D.C., but like to focus on the Baltimore Metro area. Weddings are big business, but they are also excited about helping companies expand their brand through social sharing.

“The power of this box is really amazing. For instance, TapSnap™ was part of the Bel Air Rotary’s recent corn hole tournament. The resulting activity and shares to the client’s Facebook page generated thousands of ‘Likes” and as a result, promoted the Rotary’s mission,” says Metz. I95
