Diana earned a bachelor’s of science degree from Cornell University, while her husband, a Georgetown Law School graduate and a former attorney for 16 years, brings his knowledge of the law and real estate to the team. Diana’s son, Mike, is a recent graduate of the University of Maryland School of Business and he is the Marketing Director for The Hirschhorn Group.

They will stage our listings, and there is no cost to the client. We also spend a lot on marketing. If your home is not selling with us, it will definitely not be due to lack of exposure!” Diana says that her partners possess certain attributes that have contributed to their success as well, including creativity, varied expertise, calm resilience, frankness as well as optimism, and time. “By time I mean that none of my partners will take on a new client unless they have the time to do a great job for them. There are certainly other good agents out there but some of them get so busy at times that they cannot take care of their clients the way they should. This is another benefit to working with my team,” she notes.

Diana says that 2013 was a fantastic year for her team, and she sees 2014 being even better. “I expect a very strong spring market and year overall. Interest rates are stable, but there is a threat of a possible increase, so this is definitely the time to buy. Prices have also started to climb. It’s also a great time for sellers to enter the market, as the inventory of homes is still low in many areas. I95
