PATIENT FIRST NAMES REGIONAL DIRECTOR OF MEDICAL SUPPORT
Jennifer Taylor, R.N. selected to oversee Maryland centers
Richmond, VA – Patient First is pleased to announce that Jennifer Taylor, R.N., has been appointed Regional Director of Medical Support (DMS). In this role, she will oversee all operations and clinical issues at Patient First centers in Maryland; including the front office staff, nursing staff, X-ray, laboratory, equipment maintenance and prescription inventories.
Prior to joining Patient First, Taylor was a combat medic with the United States Army. She also worked as a registered nurse in pulmonary and critical care, oncology, and medical-surgical units.
Taylor joined Patient First in June of 2009 as a full-time Registered Nurse at the Laurel center and was named DMS at Laurel in September of that year. She was chosen as the original DMS of the Odenton center earlier this year. In addition to her role as Regional DMS, Taylor will continue to serve as an Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) instructor.
Open from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m., 365 days a year, Patient First physicians and their support staff are available for urgent care; work, school, camp, sports and travel physicals; occupational health; and primary care for patients who do not have a primary care physician.
